Age Suitability

1. Summary

OTOZ is a car marketplace app for browsing, listing, and connecting about vehicles in Iraq. Based on our App Store content questionnaire, Apple has assigned a calculated age rating of 4+ for the app.

This page provides additional context about age suitability. It does not replace Apple’s age rating or our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.

2. Intended audience

OTOZ is designed for people who want to buy or sell cars, including private sellers, buyers, and dealer showrooms. The app is a listing and contact platform — not a game or children’s app.

OTOZ is not “Made for Kids.” We do not knowingly target children.

3. Minimum age to use an account

To create an account, users must sign in with a valid Iraqi mobile phone number (+964) and agree to our Terms & Conditions.

• OTOZ is not intended for children under 13, as stated in our Privacy Policy.
• Listing a car, contacting sellers, or meeting in person to inspect or purchase a vehicle should only be done by someone old enough to do so responsibly and, where applicable, under local law.
• Parents and guardians should supervise any minor’s use of the app and any communication or meetings arranged through it.

4. Content in the app

The app may include:

• User-generated car listings (photos, descriptions, prices, and locations)
• Dealer showroom profiles and inventory
• Search, filters, maps, and saved favorites
• Options to call or message sellers via phone or WhatsApp (outside the app)

OTOZ does not host gambling, explicit sexual content, graphic violence, or similar restricted material as part of the service. Listings are limited to vehicles and related marketplace content.

5. User interaction and safety

Buyers and sellers communicate directly. Phone numbers and other contact details may appear on listings. Users may arrange in-person meetings to view vehicles.

Because of user-generated listings and direct contact between users, we recommend that younger users only use OTOZ with adult supervision. Report concerns to info@otozapp.com or see our Support page.

6. What the app does not include

• In-app purchases for vehicle sales (payments happen outside the app between parties)
• Unrestricted web browsing inside the app
• Social feeds, chat rooms, or anonymous messaging built into OTOZ
• Contests, loot boxes, or simulated gambling

7. Permissions

With permission, the app may access:

• Camera and photo library — to upload car photos for listings
• Location — to show nearby listings or set listing location

Permissions can be disabled in device settings; some features may not work without them.

8. Changes

We may update this page if app features or age-related practices change. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest version.
